Exchange Policy

1. No returns. Exchange only.
2. Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery — no exceptions.
3. Items must be completely unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
4. Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items are strictly non-exchangeable.
5. Exchange is subject to stock availability only — no reservations.
6. Delivery, handling, and return shipping charges are non-refundable and borne by the customer.
7. No exchange on customized, stitched, altered, or special-order items.
8. Any item showing odor, stains, wear, or damage will be rejected without notice.
9. Company’s decision will be final in all cases.
